Weather & Safety
All trips depend on weather and sea conditions.
If the trip is cancelled by us due to bad weather or safety reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Guest Health
If the trip is paid and a guest is sick and cannot join, we provide a 100% full refund.
Please inform us as early as possible.

Guest Cancellation / Change of Mind
If the trip is paid and the guest cannot join due to a change of mind, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is available.
The trip can be rescheduled to another date (subject to availability).

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability and weather conditions.
Please inform us at least 1 day in advance if possible.

Payments
Full payment is required before the trip starts.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment.

Booking Confirmation & Itinerary
After booking confirmation, we will send the itinerary and booking details via WhatsApp or email.
Please make sure your contact details are correct.

Children Policy
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Life jackets are provided.

Responsibility
Guests must follow guide instructions for safety.
We are not responsible for loss of personal items during the trip.
