Welcome to Traevo. By making a booking through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been successfully received and you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from Traevo.
- Please check all booking details carefully before making payment.
2. Payment
- We accept secure online payments through our payment gateway, as well as cash payments (where applicable).
- All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by customers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If Traevo cancels a tour due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons, customers will be offered:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative date or tour (subject to availability).
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Weather & Sea Conditions
Your safety is our highest priority.
Traevo reserves the right to change routes, snorkeling locations, departure times, or cancel activities if weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe by our captain or management.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and crew.
- Wear life jackets when instructed.
- Inform Traevo of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
6. Health & Fitness
Snorkeling and marine activities require reasonable physical fitness.
Participants join at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit to participate.
7. Liability
While Traevo takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety, participation in marine and outdoor activities involves inherent risks.
Traevo is not liable for:
- Personal injury caused by risks inherent to the activity.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
8. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own valuables, including mobile phones, cameras, passports, wallets, and other personal items.
9. Photos & Videos
Our guides may take photos or videos during the trip.
Unless you request otherwise, Traevo may use these images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change dates or participant numbers are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
11. Privacy
Customer information is used only for booking, communication, and customer service purposes.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to process your booking or by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
