Important: Manta Ray Snorkeling
Manta sightings are never guaranteed because they are wild animals and depend on nature, weather and sea conditions.
Our priority is always safety and the best possible snorkeling experience. If Manta Bay is not suitable or we don’t find mantas there, we may continue to Manta Point when conditions are safe.
The snorkeling route can also change depending on currents, waves, visibility and weather conditions on the day.
Who Can Join?
Our shared snorkeling trip is suitable for healthy participants who are comfortable in the water.
- Children under 8 years old canot join event by tandem with a parent.
- Children from 9 – 14 years should be confident and comfortable in the water.
- Participants around 65 years old or older are generally not recommended for this trip.
- Pregnant guests cannot join.
- Anyone with a medical condition that may affect their ability to snorkel should inform us before booking.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
If Traevo needs to cancel the trip because of dangerous weather or sea conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
If you are not feeling well or are not confident about joining the trip, please let us know as early as possible. Guest cancellations on the day of the trip are normally non-refundable.
